This contract isn't just for when we sell horses, but when we lease them out, do breeding trades and when our studs serve your mares. By buying, breeding, or leasing a horse of ours you are virtually signing our contract.

CONTRACT
- We have buybacks. Please notify me if you decide to sell on the horse through PM and give me the chance to buy the horse back before anyone else.
- We have reclaiming rights. If the horse is not active enough for our liking you will be warned. Two weeks later, if the horse still hasn't become active, we will reclaim the horse.
- Horse must be raced actively. Way to many times have I sold a horse with plenty of potential only to find that it is being left out in the pasture all day, not being worked and most certainly not being raced.
- We get a free breeding/foal if we would like, when the horse is retired.
- If you decide to geld, please first give us the option of a breeding/foal.
- Horses must not breed till they are four years old.
- Need a link within seven days of sale.
