At a glance, you would swear Rush was a colt. She certainly looks like one - and she is no lady. Rush isn't dainty in the slightest. Her muscles bulge as though she's a stallion. She bucks, bolts, rears, kicks and bites - but that's not the worst of it. When Rush doesn't like you, stay away. This fiesty filly is an absolute powerhouse. She's made for speed. When you see her run, it's like she's not even trying - but she really flies. She acts as though she doesn't like Sarah one bit, but James, her trainer, can see right through her. She puts on the tough girl act because she enjoys alot of attention. Rush and Sarah have a love/hate relationship. Rush is hot and cold; one day she'll be perfectly happy to follow direction, and the next she'll not do anything she's asked at all. Thankfully, Rush puts her all into race day, every time.

• thirditis - coming! Rush keeps coming in third, and its starting to really bother Sarah. Last year the filly won nearly every other race, and this season, over halfway through the year, she'd had only one win, and three thirds. Hall of Fame inductee Flying colours is used in a mock race against Rush to give her some real competition and get her back in the zone.

Racing Style:

Rush is not at all versatile with her racing style. She must be in the lead at all times, even if just by a nose, or she becomes quite aggressive and will lash out at the opposing leader horse. This is the sole reason why she may not win - because of her temper and her tendancy to attack. Rush is otherwise perfectly capable of winning every race she runs in due to her incredible speed and phenomenal stamina.
